Meet Regan

Meet the Co-Owner Regan! Regan is a 2022 Clemson University graduate with a degree in Travel and Tourism. She is a Columbia, S.C local and is soaking up all the family time with her sister and niece! Her passion for all things baby fashion began when her niece Charlotte Jane was born. The Charlotte Jane Collection gives her a creative outlet where she can handpick timeless pieces that are play friendly and photo-worthy!

Regan brings a mix of creativity and organization to the business as she uses her experience in content creation and event planning to further cultivate and grow the Charlotte Jane Collection. See a cute graphic on Instagram? It was probably her!

In her spare time, you can find her traveling with friends, attending a Broadway show, and going for walks with her husband and goldendoodle, Sonny!

Meet Darby

Meet the Co-Owner Darby! Darby is also a Clemson graduate who completed her education journey at University of South Carolina with a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology.

Darby has always had a knack for business (hello minor from Clemson) and specialized in customer relations at a local baby and children's boutique.

All things logistics, planning, and Interpersonal relations are at the forefront of Darby's skillset.

Charlotte Jane Collection is named after her joyful and energetic one-year-old, "Charlotte Jane", who inspires every piece they choose. As a mom, Darby understands the demand for beautiful and unique outfits that can withstand inconvenient blow outs, bright red strawberry stains, and the everyday childhood mess of being a kiddo!

When she is not organizing beautiful and functional outfits for little ones, you can find Darby reading her kindle, taking trips with her little family, and going on long neighborhood walks with her husband and daughter. She is thrilled to share this journey with you and hope's their collection brings as much joy to your family as it does to hers.
